مدة التصنيع
نظرًا لأن كل قطعة تُصنع خصيصًا لك، يرجى إتاحة 3 إلى 4 أسابيع لإتمام عملية التصنيع. وإذا كنت بحاجة إليها في وقت أقرب، يسعد فريقنا ببذل قصارى جهده لتلبية طلبك في أقرب موعد ممكن.

تأتي جميع مجوهراتنا مع ضمان لمدة عامين.
تغليف فاخر للهدايا
يمكن تغليف القطعة بتغليف هدايا أنيق مع إضافة بطاقة تحمل رسالتك الخاصة، لتكون هدية لا تُنسى.
Shipping
For customized orders, please allow for 3-4 weeks for design and production.
For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
