To create your own version of a customized vertical necklace, please click here. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to assist you further with the process of customizing your jewelry creation.
The price mentioned here is for a customized necklace, with 5 letters 3 of which are in diamond and 2 plain, crafted in 18k white gold. Letters are 3a, Meem, Ha, Fa, Alef. This necklace is available for immediate delivery.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
The jewelry comes with a two-year warranty.
You can always request to have it nicely packed for a gift, and add a special note of choice.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
