ABOUT THE BRAND
Launched in 2017 and based in Dubai, Hiba Jaber is a contemporary fine jewelry brand for the modern, independent woman. Individual stories are at the heart of Hiba Jaber Jewelry with a belief that true value is expressed within a customised jewel. Each creation is a reflection of a collaborative process between the designer and the wearer and is as unique as the woman who wears it. Its signature designs include the iconic Duo Rings. Each piece is thoughtfully designed around individual stories, from wedding rings to custom name necklaces, bespoke jewelry, and unique ready creations & signature collections.
Hiba Jaber Jewelry is created using 18k gold and set with precious stones. Once each sketch is initiated, it goes through a simple and straight forward process between the designer and the customer until it reaches its final stages of realization. Once the design is finalised, it is brought to life by highly skilled artisans in Dubai. Expertly handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, the pieces are created using traditional jewelry techniques and innovative technologies to deliver unique jewels that reflect special stories. Designed, produced and delivered with personalisation present at every step of of the process. The Hiba Jaber Design Studio is located in Design District in Dubai. Hiba Jaber jewelry is available to shop both online and offline, and is available at select regional retailers including Ounass.com, The Annex in Riyadh & That Concept store.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Born in Morocco to Palestinian parents, Hiba Jaber grew up in Jordan and moved to London to attend university, completing a Foundation Degree in Art & Design, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Management at the London College of Fashion. Hiba continued her education through a series of gem cutting courses in Sri Lanka, and completed her studies in jewelry making and design at the Instituto Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, honing her skills by training with Italian Goldsmiths and international jewelry experts, and has obtained her Diamond Gemologist Degree with GIA.
Travel has always been part of Hiba’s inspiration and identity, moving from one rich culture to another; Amman, London, Dubai, Casablanca, and Florence. In Dubai, Hiba accumulated experiences in different areas of the fashion industry including editorial, working closely with regional emerging designers and luxury international brands. It was the move to Italy, which led to the launch of her anticipated jewelry brand. Hiba is now based in Dubai where the brand operates.
