This is an 18k Gold Necklace with a plain initial of choice, the chain features a diamond on each side.
You can order any letter you prefer, crafted in any preferred color of 18k gold.
We will send you the design for confirmation within 1-2 working days, once you confirm, production can take around two weeks. For any urgent requests, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
There are three hook options, the length of the necklace is 36cm, 38cm & 40cm. For any other size requests, let us know.
Material: We use 18k gold.

For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
