This ring is part of our customized jewelry series. The price mentioned here is for a double-banded ring with two letters, with one letter and one band set in diamonds, and a 0.2 ct pear diamond. This piece was customized for a customer, if you want your logo please contact us.
Customized orders take 3-4 weeks: Designs will be sent to you within 2-4 days, and after confirmation, production takes 2-3 weeks. Express service (2 weeks) is also available upon request with an additional charge.
Our jewelry is delivered a 2-year warranty.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
