To create your own version of a customized T-Shape Necklace, please click here. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to assist you further with the process of customizing your jewelry creation.
The price mentioned here is for a t-shaped necklace, with two initials 3a & noon, and one letter set in diamonds, crafted in 18k white gold. The same necklace is available for immediate delivery.
For any other letters or design specifications, the customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks.
There is also the express service (within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
The jewelry comes with a two-year warranty.
You can always request to have it nicely packed for a gift, and add a special note of choice.

For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
