Description
This is a very unique creation where we can turn your wedding logo into a ring to where with you wherever you go. You can choose to add diamonds on one or both sides of the ring, and pair it with a solitaire diamond of any shape or size.
The jewelry is crafted in 18k gold, and set with precious diamonds and gemstones.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks. Designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes an additional 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.
All orders are meticulously hand-picked and carefully packed to ensure the highest quality.
Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
