To create your own customized Thick Trio Rings, please click here to choose the letters you want, and our team will be happy to assist you with your unique jewelry creation.
This ring is part of our customized series, with the letters Alef, Fa & Jeen , in white, yellow, rose gold , set in diamonds. The same exact rings in the photo are available for delivery.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 2-3 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
