To create your own version of a customized name necklace, please click here. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to assist you further with the process of customizing your jewelry creation.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
