The jewelry is crafted in 18k gold, and set with precious diamonds and gemstones.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge. Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
