This initial open ring is designed with your meaningful letter, crafted in 18k gold, and paired with a certified heart-shaped diamond size of about 0.22 - 0.24cts.
The ring can be customized with any letter of choice and crafted in your preferred 18k Gold color. Make your selection and once your order is placed, the design will be sent to you within 2-3 days, before we go ahead with production.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. These rings are also available for immediate delivery via ounass.
Our jewelry comes with a 2 year warranty.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
