Your initial necklace with any preferred letter, designed in a way that combined english with arabic, Choose any initial with hanging diamonds and crafted in any preferred color of 18k gold.
You can order any letter you prefer, in English or Arabic, with 6 hanging emeralds on the sides, 0.06ct each, all set into 18k white gold.
We will send you the design for confirmation within 2-3 working days, once you confirm, production can take around 2-3 weeks. For any urgent requests, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
There are three hooks for multiple size options, 36cm, 38cm & 40cm. For any other size requests, let us know.
Material: We use 18k gold.
The jewelry comes with a two-year warranty.
You can always request to have it nicely packed for a gift, and add a special note of choice.

For customized orders, please allow for 3-4 weeks for design and production.
For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
