The keychains can be customized with any letter combination of choice. To create your own version, contact us here, and the team will be happy to work with you on a customized creation for him.
Customized key chain for him to match with your customized necklace or any other creation! This keychain is made out of 18k White Gold and can be designed in any color of choice: Black or white gold rose or even yellow.
The customization process takes 3-4 weeks; the designs are shared with you within 2-3 days, and once you confirm, production takes 3-4 weeks. There is also the express service ( within 2 weeks), available upon request and with an additional charge.
Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
