The original necklace is designed with your preferred letters, numbers or symbols, designed with a delicate chain, and normally has three different size hooks. There is a variety of add on options for the necklace, like the T shape option, the handing diamonds and the duo chain for a bit of an extra dimension.
Hiba Jaber unique customized jewelry is designed with two letters or more turning your special stories into minimal jewelry for your everyday, to carry with you where ever you go.
The jewelry is handcrafted in 18kgold with a variety of diamonds and precious gemstones to choose from for a bit of an extra sparkle. Small diamonds are usually vs/si , and GH colour, and when you choose a solitaire diamond to include in the design, those are normally certified and can be chosen according to your preference.
The design options will be shared with you within 2-3 days from order confirmation. Once the designs re confirmed, final 3D renders are then developed and once confirmed, production takes about 2-3 weeks..
Hiba Jaber Jewelry comes with a two year warranty.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
