تم تصميم قلادة الاسم بحيث تحمل الاسم الذي تفضّله، وتأتي بسلسلة رقيقة وأنيقة، وغالبًا ما تتوفر بثلاثة أحجام مختلفة للخطافات لتناسب مختلف المقاسات. كما تتوفر مجموعة من الإضافات التي يمكنك اختيارها لتخصيص القلادة، حيث يمكنك تحديد الاسم الذي تريده وإضافة بعض اللمسات اللامعة بين الحروف لإضفاء مزيد من التميز، وهو ما يجعل الكثيرين يتساءلون كيف أختار قلادة اسم ذهب مميزة تناسب ذوقهم وتعكس شخصيتهم.
تُصمَّم مجوهرات هبة جابر المخصصة بشكل فريد باستخدام حرفين أو أكثر، لتجسيد قصصك الخاصة وتحويلها إلى قطع مجوهرات بسيطة وأنيقة تناسب الاستخدام اليومي، لترافقك أينما ذهبت.
تُصنع هذه المجوهرات يدويًا من ذهب عيار 18 قيراطًا، مع مجموعة متنوعة من الألماس والأحجار الكريمة التي يمكنك اختيارها لإضافة لمسة من البريق الفاخر. عادةً ما تكون الألماسات الصغيرة من جودة VS/SI وبدرجة لون GH، أما في حال اختيار ألماسة مفردة (Solitaire) لإدراجها في التصميم، فعادةً ما تكون معتمدة ويمكن اختيارها وفق تفضيلاتك الخاصة.
سيتم إرسال خيارات التصميم إليك خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام من تأكيد الطلب. وبعد اعتماد التصميم النهائي، يتم إعداد النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D) للموافقة عليها، وبعد تأكيدها، تستغرق عملية التصنيع حوالي 2 إلى 3 أسابيع.
تأتي مجوهرات هبة جابر مع ضمان لمدة سنتين.

For customized orders, please allow for 3-4 weeks for design and production.
For collection and ready designs, if the jewel is in stock, it can ship out within 1-3 days, and if It is made to order, please allow for 2-3 weeks for production.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

All of our jewels are carefully hand made and and carefully packed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing us for your unique occasions.
In general, most of the jewelry is made to order and, there will be no returns. In the case of wrong sizing, or any issue, you can always notify us as soon as you receive the jewelry and we can always see what we can do. Incase of a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attache
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, specially when they are made to order.
