To create your own customized thick duo rings, please click here to choose the letters you want, and our team will be happy to assist you with your unique jewelry creation.
These rings are part of our customized series, and the same rings are available for immediate delivery with the letters meem & alef, diamonds on the bands, and ring size 44.
Customized orders take 3-4 weeks: Designs will be sent to you within 2-4 days, and after confirmation, for confirmation, production takes 2-3 weeks. Express service (2 weeks) is also available upon request, with an additional charge.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
