Description
The Initial Flat Top ring can be designed with any preferred letter you want, and crafted in your preferred colour of 18k gold, with diamonds on the band.
You can choose the letter and the gold color you prefer, we will send you the design for confirmation before we go ahead with production, make your selection from the drop down options availalable.
We will send you the design for confirmation within 2-3 working days, once you confirm, production can take around 2-3 weeks. For any urgent requests, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
The jewelry is delivered with a 2-year warranty.
Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 11:00 AM AEDT will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or new collection launches due to increased demand.

Return
Customers may choose between a refund or a credit note for full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind.
